Store Policy: Returns: You must email us within 7 days for return permission. Since some of our items are spiritual in nature and/or from Israel, not all items are returnable, as our suppliers will not take returns. Please check on an item before you buy it if it is an expensive purchase. Most items can be returned within 7 days if they did not come from Israel. You would not like a spiritual item that had been worn by someone else, would you? Zohars: Unopened or defective within 30 days. Otherwise not returnable. (Kabbalah Centre policy, not ours). Our own products: Red Strings custom bracelets, CDs, our books can be returned for any defect, mis-sizing or exchanged for up to 60 days.  Shipping: We ship first class USPS unless the package is very heavy then UPS. We will ship Priority upon request. Save money on your Zohar and ship it Media Mail-insured. Zohars are set for media mail to anywhere in the US. We ship UPS to the East Coast as it is the same price. Other than that you must request UPS and pay in advance. Privacy Policy: We do not share, sell, give or rent our mailing list. End of story.
