Menorah Amulet: the origin of the "Sheviti Amulet" is Persian. The name refers to the superscription from Psalm 16:8 "I have set the Lord always before me". The menorah is inscribed with Psalm 67 verse 1-8. The circumference has the instructions to Bezalel (the first craftsman) for making the menorah out of beaten gold: Numbers 8:4. According to tradition this was the shape and design on King David's shield.This amulet is thought to hasten the coming of the Messianic era.The menorah is the state symbol of Israel.
